What clients asks about us.

The warranty applicable is for 1 year onsite. Hence, unlike other companies who charges for transport fees each time they provide warranty, Nam Wah Long Pte Ltd will not charge if the fault resides with our equipment having any form of defects.

Please note that the warranty does not cover negligence or act of God. Please also note that if there is any damage due to power surges (eg. An overload of current), it will not be claimable under the warranty.

CCTV Questions

Questions regarding our CCTV

Make sure the power is connected and has the latest firmware version

Check if the NVR/DVR has power

Check if you have internet access

Have you reset your office/home router? Call our office for assistance.

Check the power supply/adaptor of the camera

Check the cable at the back of the DVR

If the camera is reachable, cover the whole camera and check if the IR is activated

Log in to your CCTV using PC

Go to Configuration > Alert > Turn off all alert notification
